Inliner #009 Rich Fox sent this update on his Lakes roadster! Yes folks it's powered by a '32 Plymouth 4-banger !!

Its a 32 PB block, at that time using a 57 Ford 312 head to convert to Overhead valves.
By boring to 3.750 and having very long Crower rods made 265 Chevy pistons
work and give 9.5 to 1 compression. @ inch Chevy rod bearings are also used
2 per rod machined to correct width. The Block was lined honed .016 to fit
Allis Chalmbers main bearings which also need cutting and fitting.
I use a Dema Elgin Cam, International Harvester lifters, Smith Bros push
rods, stock Ford rockers, 1.94-1.600 stainless valves. Hilborn injectors I
got from Charlie Baker.
Pinto 4 spd. Hildabrand V8 QC. The car is steel and has been running at the
salt since '55 in various configurations. Best speed with the Ply. 135 mph.
Holds G/GR record at 141 with Lotus 907 2 liter power. Current
Inliners C/GR record with Pinto power. Ran 128 mph at lakes with Pinto.
That's most of it. If I can answer any other questions please ask. Rich
