SØREN TOFTELUND MADSEN's '34 Chevy

I just thought that you might be interested in a picture of my blown 216 chevy, so here it is. The picture is taken at euro nationals in Denmark this year. The car is a 34 chevy sedan with a 216 engine from 53. it is ported, blown with a gmc 6-53 , dual rochesters ( 3 rochesters to come), high ignition coil otherwise stock, transmission volvo m41 4 speed with overdrive, rearend is Opel Comodore, front is stock with 54 brakes ( Comodore disk to come) It runs great boost up to 7 psi, have run 115 miles/h with no problems - I just thought that i would show you what we can do here in europa.

Just a year before I made the compressor kit, I drove it with dual carburetors, I guess I was the only one to do that here in Denmark, everybody thought I was crazy not to put a v8 in instead of the old inliner, that just got me more interested in the old blue flame, and this is what I ended up with.

I will send you more pictures when I have finished my 3 carb intake on top of the compressor
