TJ Wheelman's 1916 Mack A.C. BullDog

TJ hails from Anchorage, Alaska and here is the info on his "Junior Bulldog". Thanks TJ,  and we hope you'll stay "INLINE" - a big JIMMY would be right at home in your ride!

Hi , really enjoy your page. Am sending photos of my 1916 Mack A.C. BullDog
facsimile that I built out of my old ragged out 76 Chev 1/2 ton. I built the
body myself from steel and spent one thousand hours on the project overall.
Though this unit is in storage now , each summer I drive it around town here
in Anchorage and its really a lot of fun, even includes a real live
facsimile oogaa horn too. Mack built the A.C. from 1916 -1938 and enjoyed a
lot of success with these units. This unit is 3/4 actual size, the "real"
ones were huge, I got to sit in one at our State Fair once. This truck has a
250 in-line that's just right for in town but a little sluggish for on-hiway,
they weren't very wind resistant in the teens. I may build a big engine for
this unit someday or just soup up the six-----who knows?
