Well I hate to beg but....... I have most of the internals already but it's the outside parts that are giving me fits. Like a dumb A@@ I sold my Mercruiser Valve cover and side covers. Does anyone have these that they would be willing to part with????????????????? Does anyone have a set of long tube headers too?????

WOW.............Already! Thank you very much Tom. All the stuff we have talked about will cost more than the $75 contribution Right?
That $75 was for run time on the Dyno. You'll need more for the parts.

Thanks again Tom

Your right, should have kept the mercrusier covers.
The side covers bring around $50.00 a set, valve cover between $100.00 to $125.00 a piece.

Its hard to put value on a free set of headers that will be used in an article for a top national car "Hot Rod" magazine. You might want to just hang'em in your garage and show your friends. They might even obtain "cult" status as being "the headers" used in a rare magazine article featuring an inline Chevy 6 that was even dynoed. I'd take'em if I were you,Randy.

Hey if anyone has side covers for $50.00 I have the money right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For $100 -$125 I'd go with one from Brazil ($175USD) that is like the Offy but it's not the normal ENGINE part. I just found a set of NEW side covers (well not really me but Edy) in Brazil that are only $75. Yea I know the shipping from Brazil but thats not too much. Headers well I guess I'll cut up the conversion headers I got from a 229cid V6 out of an old Toyota 4WD that got a 5 cyl Diesel in it's place. Any way I can use the stacked collectors and a few of it's tubes to get one made up. HEY can anyone from the DFW area recommend a machine shop that can do my valve seats????? I've also seen a Mid 50's Chevy truck from south of Venus, anyone know who that might be. (Maypearl?)
Thanks Guy's
