I have an extra 235 that the #'s trace to a 1955-57. I was wondering if there is any difference in the head on it and my 1962 235. I mainly want to know about compatability, combustion chamber size, valve size, etc.

What is the casting number on the early one? The late one should be 383848, which is the best one.
