I'm one of the developers for Street Rod 3, and currently I'm helping build the 3d models of engines for use in the game. Having a couple inliners myself ('50 Chevy Styleline Deluxe and a '51 Studebaker Starlight Coupe), you can be I'd definately want to see some in the game. Basically, I'm looking for good detailed drawings or photos to use for reference in making the model (Top, sides, front and back are needed). I've already hit the Rides and racing section and seen some that are good, but the more the merrier. First on my list is a Chevy 216/235, but I'd also like to have others like I6 Flathead Studebaker, Slant 6, etc to name a few.
If anyone can help, it'd be more than appreciated
Not sure if it is street rod material . . .

I have some pictures of a Pontiac 250 OHC with the Sprint option. The June 2003 issue of High Peformance Pontiac has an article on this engine with a belt driven turbo. If this interests you let me know.

A belt driven turbo ??????? Joe
They put a Powerdyne Centrifugal supercharger on the distributor side of the engine, producing 8-9 pounds of boost. The turbo uses sealed bearings and is driven with a belt of the crank. This arrangement produced 411 HP at 6000 RPM with 373 lb-ft of torqe at 5300 RPM, on 93-octane pump gas.

A slight correction of terminology - 'turbo' (or 'turbocharger') generally refers to an exhaust-driven centrifugal supercharger. The main advantage to this system is no mechanical horsepower is taken from the engine to drive the compresser
Twisted, you dont need to put it on the block, pictures of the different intakes off of the engine will work fine too.

No problem Just that it will be easier for me to take picture of the tunnel at least mounted to a head to help Hold it up But which every way you want them is not a problem.}[oooooo]
Do it what ever way you think would be easiest. I just thought that if ya propped up on a table, that would save ya alot of work.
I have a 1968 chevy inline 230 in my car. I can take pictures of it if you want.

Sorry I havent been around much. Between my mom's wedding yesterday (was a groomsman), and having some problems with data corruption on my server (lost the mesh, so having to redo it), I've been busier than a three dicked dog.
