Ok just took the engine to the shop, This is the plan, It will have 40 over LPG pistons 9to1, Deck the block only 10.000 it only had 30.000 to piston, Balance it, And the head is a 73cc put bigger valves in it, 470cfm Holly, and Stovebolt header, HEI, Question my old engine 292 has a clifford cam in it 518 lift and 264 Duration It been a very good cam and works good, Should I go to a different cam? I do like to spin the tires in the mud. HalfWacked Toyota Land Cruiser Should have put a V/8 in it but stayed STRAIGHT.

If it worked well for the low end torque I would think you need, then I wouldn't change it.
