What years did chevy heads have 14mm 3/4" reach, Gasket Style plugs, without the smog pump provision on the exhaust port.

I believe from the 1st ones made thru around 1970.

dunno about the plug size, but the first smog pumps on federal engines in 1968 (sorry about late post-Polish you know)
