HELLO I WAS NEEDING SOME ADVICE ON WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST MARINE CAMSHAFT FOR A 292 STRAIGHT 6 ,AS IN LIKE SOME SPECS FOR WHAT CAM?ECT.. THANK YOU FOLKS VERY MUCH SAG7374@HOTMAIL.COM
OH YEA THE ENGINE IS GOING IN A 22'REINELL CABIN THANKS..

There are specs for the 250" Mercruiser in the Tech Tip section of the website, this might give you some idea of what to look for.

Put a Clifford 93-3021 264 grind with kit in a friends 53 chevy with 292 and turbo 350 trans.. He is running a big valve,ported head,done by Kirby. He loves it with all the power right off of idle but,at4500 rpms it tails off. Red light to red light it will hold its own.
