I am aware that Scat make a 6.0" rod for the inline 6 Chev engines.

Does anyone make a rod of any other length?

The 2.0" pin size is the key thing I'm looking for, with the big end width size to be 0.97" or more.

Ray, 5.700" and 6.00" are currently the only lengths available as standard shelf items for the Chevy 194-250 engines. Any other length is available as a custom order of course from many rod companies, but there comes a big price tag along with it.

Bore the busing in the small end.

You may bore all the way through it, which would mean you could use a pressed pin.

Or Eagle PN CRS6250BLW, online catalog says 2.000 Journal, 6.250 and bushed for floating pin.

He needs them to be the same width on the B/E as the 194-250 rods and those are already too narrow.
