Hank where did you find that style thermo houseing?
(lower part ) dont think i ever seen one like that.
Will it be both carburated and injected or are planning TBI & TPI injection systems?
Larry,
the lower T-stat housing are from newer inlines I believe 1975 & newer 250's. They are made of aluminum.

Beater of the Pack,
it will be fuel injected.
MPFI single throttle body.

With all those pulleys it looks like you may also be working on a rotary valve set up! Belt driven? \:o Sorry I can't help it! ( ADHD ) Is that the crazy mean one?

Thanks Hank. And I for got My 75 nova had one like that I think because of the AC unit. for routeing the heat hose is while it's like it is.
i once had a factory engine set up like that. it had a blower and a turbo. infact it was a inline six too! anybody remember the glorious detroit diesel 6-71. smoke belching, bellering powerless beasts they were. mine even sat tilted 90 degrees on its side. what a service mess it was.

hank, the only thing you are missing for a power adder is nitrous. now seriously get to work and get something done. i want to here more about some progress. tom
All I need is more $$$$ & a lot of time. :-)

B.T.W., I have a three NOS fogger nozzle set-up also.

If you just ran it naturally aspirated and ran the turbo outlet into the supercharger intake you could belt drive a huge generator to supply electricity enough to run a hydrogen separation unit to supply your own fuel. There would be enough oxygen left so that you could you leave it running in your garage to heat your house and not have to worry about carbon-monoxide poisoning.
Well, with the nitrous (you mentioned) and the blower and turbo spooled up to full boost I was wondering how far from gound zero you expected the head to land, it was a joke of sorts, not meaning to rain on your parade or anything.
Oh yea, I forgot about the nitrous. I think I read somewhere that Al Gore invented a system like this. If so, you may be able to get enough energy credits to get federal approval for your coal fired dragster.

Hank, I'll check that out. It's not working for me from here>
Supercharger sold to a guy from Austrailia.
Are ya using 2 different set of pulleys to prevent slippery and boost loses or there's another reason?
Why not use just one?
seiscanecos74,,,
HMMMMMMM?
The extra pulleys are for changing boost levels you want to obtain. 4 psi,6psi , 10psi, etc.

I had no slippage issue @ all.
Not sure what do you mean why not use just one.????

Sorry. I didn't make myself clear. I meant two different belts. One for alternator, water and steering pumps and another one just for the compressor. Why not use just one belt? This is the right question.

Well,at the time I had my supercharger installed,I had "V" belts (2) one for the alternator,& the other was for the power steering pump & water pump.
Then, one serpentine belt for the supercharger.

One belt would work w/the supercharger I had when using a serpentine belt,,,,,but if you are going to use one of the newer gear driven high boost superchargers, you would need to use a dedicated (one) belt drive for the supercharger.
But on the pics you are using 2 belts, as I can see. One dedicated to the charger e the other for pumps & alternator. Isn't it?
Yes, you are correct about the pics.
This is not how I ran it when it was in my car,I had two V belts & one serpentine belt for the charger.
