what size tourque converts do you run

i am looking to run a 200r4 or 700r4 tranny with my turbo 250

what size should i start with, i ask because most of the places i have been looking at give a free converter with purchase of the transmission.

Need more info on your combo.

What is the trim on the turbine wheel?

But don't skimp out & buy a unknown unproven brand torque converter.

That's my two cents.
