I'm using a Chevy Colorado 5 speed manual behind my 4200 swap. Does anybody have any idea what pilot bearing fits this combination! My crankshaft hole measures 1.704 and the pilot shaft on the Colorado 5 speed measures .5908

Here is my dilema: GM shows a part #12557583 for the Colorado, but it is 1.7047 OD & .893 ID. The OD is correct, but the ID is too big.
BCA shows a part# 302CC which measures 1.6535 OD & .5906 ID This bearing has the correct ID, but the OD is too small.

Were there different crank sizes & different 5 speeds used in the Colorados?? HELP!

May be easiest to make a sleeve up to make up the OD difference. A good CNC shop should be able to hold +/- 0.001 total indicated runout.

What year Colorado did your 5 speed come out of? Or does the dealer list anything different by year for that?
