Hey guys,

I no longer have my Clifford intake & DCOE Webers any longer, but I would like to know the total length (from the mating flange of the manifold to the head) manifold to the end of the carbs. Hope that makes sense.

Thanks

It is 5 inches.

Thanks Will.
Seems a bit short though.
I am talking about the intake manifold & carb total length, the two combined.

The 5" is between the head mounting flange and the carb mounting flange. The carb dimensions are slightly different for the 40's 45's, 50,s and which velocity stack you want, so on here is the 45 dimensions from the gas port side. . ,

Didn't come out real clear but they have them here for all the carbs., http://www.teglerizer.com/dcoe/dimensions.htm
Thanks jalopy45.
I had 48 MM DCOE's,not knowing they are different lengths I just used the measurement given from the pic on the website you posted, So, I added the measurements from that website & came up with the carb measuring 4.66"

So w/the Clifford intake & carb bolted together equals a total of 9.66 inches.Does this sound correct?

I also had the oring isolaters which added approx .250"

[b]So I am thinking the carb set-up & manifold had a total length of 9.91 inches.

I also had a 1/2 inch plate aluminum w/radiused entry holes & a 1.5" plenum box bolted to the 1/2" plate.

So all that adds up to 11.91 inches from the cyl head.
That's quite a long distance & why I had to slightly move my master cyl over just a bit to clear my plenum box for when I had the Paxton supercharger on.
