Has anyone here tried to make there own header for their straight six, 292 or otherwise?

Yessir you can usually find a set of flanges on ebay for like 40 bucks.

I made my own headers for my Nova. Above thread chronicles the effort.

CNC-Dude here on forums sells flanges too, or did. Check with him.
