The truck was running. I took the carb off a few weeks ago and sent it to CSU in Fontana CA. I got my new HEI installed. While I wait on the carb to come back ive been playing tug of war between Megasquirt and MSD6BTM for my ignition management.
Indestructible from Disturbed comes to mind whenever I see a tear-down and rebuild like this. Dunno why, just seems apt. Either way, lookin good!
Just got the carb back from Kevin at CSU. Fabricated the fuel pump/filter mounting plate. Got to find some rubber isolation mounts. Im moving the fuel cell in the bed over and mounting the plate more near the center where my hoses are already run through. Getting close!!!
