Drew you are correct, the later versions of their intakes had the bungs cast in them for EFI conversions.

Just want to see if any demand for blower manifold for Ford 240/300. We are hoping to have Chevy 250/292 in blower kit form by end of fall. Using 4-71 or 6-71. The blower Shop is supplies the blower and tech.

I don't know about the 4-71 or 6-71, I know Cliiford use to sell the Hunter kit for the big six.Maybe an intake for the eaton blowers?? I think it would be cool to see a 4-71 on a 240/300 myself.

I don't need a blower intake, but I would like to see a stainless steel exhaust manifold for a turbocharger. Maybe a manifold with a weld-it-myself turbo flange or just a kit with flanges and stub pipes?

FTF, Have you checked out Burns Stainless? They have pretty much everything to make a turbo header.

SPA has a number of cast iron manifolds for a lot of the Chevy inlines. Wouldn't something like that work just as well for the 300?

CNC-Dude, I have seen a few of the HD manifolds that have a larger 2 1/2" opening mated with a base for a turbo. Or something similar in design to the 300's EFI exhaust manifolds but with each ones outlet flowing into a center section with turbo flange in between them and set down a lil' from the intake.

what I do for a blower manifold(I use eaton blowers-great performance and price)is I machine a 4bbl manifold(others can be used) flat(parallel to the crank line),machine up an aluminium plate(12-20mm thick) to suit and bolt on with countersunk bolts.blow off valves can be purchaced for minimal cost(although I've never felt I needed to use them-but I do have one installed on my blown 265 hemi 6)I mount the blower on parallel with the block and make the rest up myself.works well-have a go doing it yourself,as there is minimal machining required and cost is kept low.
