i have 2 diferent exhaust manifolds for my 250.both are stockers.one has been blocked off with a dime size hole in the block off. and a new outlit welded in.ed hansen's exhaust said it will rap really nicely.the other has been cut in have and welded to make two pieces it also has another outlit welded on it.which one should i run on it?also i was thinking of running 1 1/2 in pipes one side staight and the other with a smitty or cherry bomb.thanks for the help.

Jason, the manifold that has not been cut will be stronger and I believe you will get about the same "Sweet-six" dual exhaust sound. I'd stick with 2" pipes for both of your duals, though. I had the same set-up on my '65 Chevy pickup and it would give you goose bumps when you wound out to about 2,000-3,000 RPM. I used dual 2" pipes from the manifold outlets all the way out the back, with dual Smitty's. Cherry bombs will probably be louder.
