Hey this is my first post here. im 22 and i just finished building my first 250 well my first engine here are some pics

i did a tri power setup, 1/2in cam, hei converson out of a 75 nova, seals, and bearings and i have a set of headers form cliford performace.com. let me know what you think

What cam did you put in I dont know what 1/2in means......

I asked on the other post if you wanted to swap the 3x1v for a Clifford+390Holley but it looks like a lot of work in that 3x1v.

You said it's lean, do you know if those are the "medium" or "Big" carbs? 3 of the "big" ones would be over 600cfm, way too much.

Anyway, they do have a main jet (one each). A little tricky to work with but you just pull the carb top and the jet is in the bottom of the long assy bolted to the top. They might just want richer jets with the headers...... :p

By the way that IS progressive linkage right?

Opening all 3 at once would also be way too much for a little 250....

Nice job with the plumbing. Looks sweet. What is the system you have mounted on the firewall?

my guess is air bags/ air ride suspension
