Inliners International Forums General Discussion Engines New 4200 vortec i6

I have a 59 Suburban with a 235 and was wondering if anyone had ever transplanted a newer vortec i6. I can get one from a Trailblazer for $600 with 45K on the engine. Chevy lists it as having 291 hp @6,000 with 277 lb.s of torque.

check out the performance portion of this board. alot of talk has gone on there about these motors. very good modern engine. tom
