looks like it worked. i am almost done and will prob get it in in a week or two. i got the heat box welded on the intake. my edelbrock should be here in a day or two. just need to tie up a few loose ends.

hoggy,Just curious. How in the world do you have that big 292 balanced on your stand? Or is there another cross piece I don't see in your pic?Looks good.Post more pics as you complete it.

if you're wondering why it doesn't rotate around with the top pointed down that is just how the stand is made i guess. it is a old one from summit i gave $20 at the swap meet. it takes a fair amount of effort to rotate it but it will stay in any position it is put in.
