There probaably speaking of the tail shaft housing lenght and this would depend on the space you have under your vehicle etc.

Really think this one over. There's a lot of conversion + remember, a 235" engine is 100 Hp. +/- and you'll lose about 20 of that in the torque converter.
It will take a lot of gas to move 3,000# around with just 80 ponies.
