Hello all,
Very soon I'm going to cast intakes for my chevy 250 engines from aluminum and hoped you all would give me some input. At first I was going to copy the stock intake design for the runners but I did'nt know if there is a better design.

I want to make a single 4 barrel and a 2x2. I am going to cast in a jacket to run coolant through.

There really is no limit to what I can cast so if theres a better way than stock design please let me know.

Thanks,
Gregg

Great Greg! If you are successful with the Chevy setup how about doing the same with the Mopar intake I would like to see a tri-power setup. Good luck. Don

Gregg, good luck with your casting. I hope
you'll be able to post some pics of the whole process. Starting with the basic runner set up seems logical to me,but I bet some of the Inliner Gassers have some theories they'd like to try.
