Hey guys,
I have a 235 that is stock except for a holly/webber 2 barrel carb. I am going to replace my stock coil with an accel super coil, and I am wondering what plug heat I should use. I really don't know how that works, I think its the heat or the gap or both that decides which one to get. Thanks
Joseph

If your going to just change the coil.I'd just stay with the factory Plugs but open the gap a little more then stock. Unless your having some other issues There is really no need to change the heat range of the plugs. It seems to me your just after a better/ hotter spark. Changing the heat range of the plugs has more of a affect In a hp application. Not so much in stock that i have seen but it has been so long that I have played with anything stock LOL

but hope this helps }[oooooo]

Ps if I'm wrong on this Please by all means someone else step in.

Also, try some extended reach plugs, if they make them for your application.
