Mine is in the 'high desert' which is 125 miles from Pasadena Ca.

"Top notch, state of the art everything".

What do you mean "way high"?

John,
Way high is $3,500. Not including final assembly. If your place is significantly cheaper with good quality, the drive to the high desert might be worth it.). Are you in Pasadena? I'm not too far(Whittier)
Thanks for any info.
Mike

Go to Bills Garage aka Bill's Dyno in the outskirts of East L.A. near the City of Industry.

He's top notch and has built Slant 6's before, although his main are deals are V8 Bowties.

Near the corner of Atlantic and Olympic on Olympic (near the 5 freeway) Look him up on Yahoo yellow pages.

My average build there costs bout $1400.

Thanks for the advice. The only Bill's I can find is in Pico Rivera on Paramount off of Whittier Blvd. That's a lot closer to the 605 than the 5, is this the one?

You're right bro. It didn't come up on yahoo.

Ok here are the directions, super easy.

From Whittier, take Whittier blvd West until you hit Atlantic blvd. On Atlantic, make a left until you hit Olympic. On Olympic, make a right and his shop is located about a 1/2 block down your right hand side. You can't miss it. Bill's Dyno.

He's fair and if this helps, he's been racing NHRA super gas events for well over 30 years. A wealth of information in that homeboy's head...
