I was on ebay and came across what I believe is a Ellis 2 carb intake manifold for a GMC. On one
of the runners it has GMC-248. The odd part its listed under Chevy 250. Some of you GMC people
might want to take a look.. The item # is

This manifold is the same basic design as the Ellis 270H manifold (dated 1950) that i am using on my 302. The seller does not show a photograph of the intake runners, but we may assume that if this manifold is designated for the 248, it fits the small-port head.

Ironically, the seller appears to think that this is a "rare" manifold for the later Chevrolet/GMC 250. Ignorance is expensive, and eBay thrives on ignorance.
