I've never tried a plate system on a inline 6 because I think the end cylinders would run lean. I like fogger systems because you can tune each cylinder by it's self.

I had the NOS Cheater plate system on my 250. 175-250 HP
I was always worried if some cylinders were lean.
I could only run about 75 HP jets.

Another thing was, I was only using the factory 5/16th's fuel line, I am sure that was a problem if I wanted more HP.

It is so easy to make more power than the motor will take. In moderation it is a GAS! ;\) \:D \:D

I would think by removing .125 off your cylinder, the head deck will be pretty thin & cause head gasket sealing problems, esp w/a lot of Nitrous.

A 194 valve is too big for a 194 head, the chamber would be shrouded the valve too much, plus if you try & cut a seat for a 194 intake valve ,you will probably go into the water jacket.

If I remember correctly, I cut my 1.94 valve down to a 1.90

I would just run the 250 crank, unless you are trying to run in a certain class.
