Anyone on here close enough to the Mexico border and speaks the lingo to take a day trip to Mexico and do a little research? Apperently GM mexico produced a 292 TBI motor ... rated at 200HP. Now this info is all off the internet and I have no way to confirm it.

Not sure about Mexico, but Brasil has the Opala. Opala's 4.1-litre engine was also used in some versions of the Chevrolet Omega (with electronic fuel injection), from model years 1995 to 1998. Jason
