Anyone know of a source for headers and dual carb intakes for a 1950 Ford 226 Flathead 6cyl?

I have a Nicson Engineering 2 x 1 on my '51. These were made in the late 40's / early 50's. I have seen 1 or 2 at swap meets and there was one on ebay about 6 months ago. Just keep looking. I never found headers. I built a split manifold using pieces from a car manifold (rear outlet)and a truck manifold (front outlet). I found a Knudsen aluminum head last year that I still haven't installed, but that is the only one that I've ever seen. Nobody is making new speed stuff that I know of.

sure hope you post some photos of your '51. my first car was a '51 mainliner (dad wouldn't let me have a V8......said i'd kill myself!) little did he know a six was only 5hp less than a V8 and had more low-end torque!

For Sale, EVERYTHING.. 1950 Ford 2dr sedan flat six/3speed sheridan blue. All orig/unrestored. Needs floorboards. Runs but needs tune/up. One M-series 254 cu inch truck motor.
