Hey Gang,
Will a GMC 270 or 302 bolt into a 52 Chev.COE without the modifications required in the pick-ups?

No, same deal, just move the radiator forward. I have a GMC COE if you would like a px.

Not the same deal.

You will need to change out the Chevy front frame crossmember with a GMC unit.
The GMC crossmember is deeper than the Chevy.
You are gonna have a hard time horseshoein' that Jimmy motor into that frame without the crossmember change.
