How would a 292 block with a 194 head perform? Will the heads even fit? Thanks for the information.

It will fit ,no problems.
It will perform about the same w/a little more torque, because it will raise your compression.
I would have the intake bosses milled out & install Twisted6's lump ports,then you will really notice a difference.
