In my opinion you can not ram tune a siamese port because of cam timing issues. I think if it's a lower RPM motor it is not necessary anyway, the engine thinks it has a good flowing port. I believe this is why GM did the siamesed port(low RPM high torque).
Use a bump port of some kind.
If you are using a algon type injection with individual stacks then divide the ports and ram tune it. It will still be a low RPM engine because of port area but will help at a certain RPM range.
