I did a search in the archives and didn't find an answer. What's the difference between a 250 and 292 oil pump, is there a difference?

no, i think they are the same, otherwise i'm in trouble. when i swapped out my 230 for a 292 i used my 230 fuel pump in it. they looked the same and my new motor runs greaty so far.

oops, i ment oil pump, the only difference is the oil pickup tube, but i made my 230 one fit into my 292 with the 230 oil pan.
