I'm about to rebuild my Rochesters for a 2X1 Offenhauser manifold, going on a stock 261. I have read over the tech tip and was wondering if the motor mentioned by Pat Smith is also stock? He doesn't tell us if there was head work of decking, or aftermarket cam ect. so need to know if I do what he suggests, if it will work on a stock motor? I a pair of Carbs and it looks like they have 72 jets in them and wonder if he used the earlier carbs with the smaller jets or what. He says he used later ones but if so, what was the spacing on the bases? Anyway any help would be appreciated. Thanks al chopt39 6120
