Well it was a simple as an expired credit card. Without the domain "inliners.org" active on the internet, there was no way for anyone to navigate DNS (Domain Name Services) to get to this site which remained up and running. The lease expired on Nov-10 and the domain was "parked" a few days later, which then stopped resolving the inliners.org name to send traffic here. Long story short - unpaid bill.
