OP floaterboy Active BB Member F Joined: May 2021 Posts: 15 ny	I have a 292 Chevy out of a 65 C60. I'm using a 14" flexplate with Powermaster starter that bolts directly to the block. No matter how much I shim, the starter drive will not retract from the flexplate. What am I doing wrong?
