i notice in a lot of the vendor cat. that they sometimes list engine parts for 235/s from 54-59 - intakes/exhausts manifolds/ carbs in particular and do not list the same items as fitting the 235/s that were put in the 59-62 models. i know 54 was the first year for insert bearings. i know the water pumps are different and even though the distributors are the same the points are different. are there other differences that i need to be aware of in particular when searching for duel intakes and or duel exhaust systems for a 1962 engine. (1/2 ton chevy pickup)
