Can anyone either post or email me some hints on porting a 235/261 "848" Head. Out here in Australia, info regarding this is very thin on the ground, so i ask this pleeding for some one who is willing to part with their secrets.
The car is a 29 A coupe, stick trans and 3.5 rear gears. It has a 235 in it presently, but will go to a 261 with Jahns popup pistons and a fairly radical cam (Grind unknown as it was a present) I've got a 3 carb manifold, with BXOV2 carbs, and headers.
The car will be an all purpose hot rod.
any ideas??? I've got the hop up 6 cylinder book from the fifties, and the 1955 article from Hot Rod Mag.
any help will be appreciated.
