will the 216 and the 235 intake interchange. you always see the dual carb intakes for sale. and they say fits the 216 and 235. the intake is about all iam laking on my build. \:\)

Well sorta kinda, as long as you don't try to bolt the 216 intake to the 235 exhaust, your ok. I ran a dual carb 216 Nicson will fenton headers on my 261, worked great. If you must use stock 235 exhaust you'll need a 235 intake.

The later 235's have slightly larger ports than the 216, but the 216 intakes can be used. Either have the intake machined to accept the larger alignment rings, or I believe stepped alignment rings are available from one of our advertisers, perhaps Larrowe & Sons?? see the "links" section... or make your own...
