have u pulled the plugs and tried turning it over then??? at least that will help with finding out if maybe uve got a blown head gasket, maybe the carb is dumping fuel and loading up in 1 cylinder (hydraulic).. if it still doesnt turn over, it may be time for removal and teardown..
