Last year my neighbor's truck (same engine) had what sounds like the same problem after sitting for 4-5 weeks while he was out of country. We drained the coolant out of one of the cylinders (rt front maybe) and he's had no problem since with daily use. I'm thinking intake gasket/torque problem and probably not too hard to fix but he doesn't care to mess with it so....
