I'm sure that drilling and countersinking bolts into the balancer is very effective at retaining the outer ring, but doesn't that negate most of the HBs damping ability? Why wouldn't you use a mechanical or Fluidampr? It seems like if your running hard and revving high, that vibration absorption would be more critical than ever...
