I have read a lot on this forum how difficult it is to contact them, let alone order products.

Has anybody had luck talking to someone there and how did you get through?

Their email account doesn't exist when you email them.
Calling the number gives a recorded greeting to leave a phone number, but nobody returns any calls.

I just like to buy one or two of their intakes.

Presently this Company is not in operation.

There's a lot of reasons, rumor and speculation as to why.

Like the rest of us, you'll just have to be patient. They will begin again, probably when the ecconomy improves.
