I'm about to begin an engine swap for my '38 Plymouth sedan. I've decided on the amazing 4.0 High Output Jeep six and the matching 4 speed overdrive Jeep automatic. I plan to use the EFI with the computer and all. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this or a similar swap. I expect quite an adventure since I've never swapped in a brain before. Any advice would be appreciated

Just make sure that ALL the electrical that needs to be grounded IS grounded. Over do it with the grounding! I have been around for a couple of FI-V8's going into jeeps and both times (after very much trouble) the problems ended up being caused by poor and/or non existent grounding. Sounds like a cool swap, keep us posted.

I'd use a BMW big six instead, or one of the new Chevy inline 6's, but run what you got. There are some good aftermarket injection systems for that engine. I would run a Megasquirt system, there are maps around the internet already figured out for it.
