Has anyone tried the Ferrea Racing Components (the valve people)head gasket?

I like how it has a little smaller bore than the Fel-pro #1025

I would say they are probably good gaskets.
Their valves are top notch!
Kinda sounds the same as the Felpro 1025 gasket, just a smaller bore.

I'd say,, email their tech department or give them a call to find out more info.


Are you going to turbocharge your engine?

Nope no turbo on this one.

The difference is .63cc's, changing the compression from 8.95:1 to 9.01:1

Not sure I want to tighten the compression up any,but I like the idea of a little more meat between the bores though.

Are you running their valves in your engine?

I have those valves in my engine now.

If you zero deck your engine, you can run more than 9 to 1 compression.

I don't think I want to run much more than 9:1 just to be on the safe side. The gas available ain't going to get any better.

Which valves are you running? I was looking at the 5000 series.
