Inliners International Forums General Discussion Engines Can an Inline 6 beat a Flat v8?

so a 4.11 with a T5 would be just as good as a 3.7 and a 3 speed for road race and cruising? Not that I'll do much, if any racing. I like the column shifter, but wouldn't mind a floor shifter.
