It seems like it would be in their best interest to set the record straight by posting an explanation/statement on their website. As it sits now, they are still "advertising" on tehir website for a company that is no longer active or selling the products they advertise. Bad news/rumors stick and last longer than good rumors.
BTW, I was just reading the History of the original Wayne Mfg on their website and it sounds like the Original company went down in flames in much the same way as the current one.
