I agree, there should be at least a brief note on the website or no contact info.

Last year I tried to buy a McGurk intake, but the email was and still is shut down and nobody replies to friendly phone order requests either.
Well, I found an original McGurk intake in the meantime and can't imagine ordering anything from them in the future, with all I read about that company on this forum in the past.
Good to hear the owners are well off - that explains a lot about how they run their business.
Big ideas and sitting on plenty of capital are never a guarantee for a successful business venture.
Hope a passionate enough guy with fewer profit concerns will take over one day.
