I haven't done it, but the 250 is about
1 1/2" longer and will require moving the radiator forward. The bellhousings are different, but the tranny pattern is the same, so reusing the tranny is possible. Clutch linkage may need to be reworked some, and the motor mounts are totally different. This swap is about the same in dificulty/expense as doing a V8 swap.
