I have a dumb question. My 250 will not warm up. I have replaced the thermostat 2 times and replaced the temp gauge. It wont get above 140 even when its warm out. What could the problem be? I have a 195 deg thermostat in it and it never gets close to that.

I would not rule out a bad sending unit. It happened to me once.
